ShumDario News is the result of three friends coming together as a team in February 2016. They joined forces to ensure that fans of Harry Shum Jr. and Matthew Daddario can stay updated on all the latest news about their respective projects and actuality.

Each person on the team has its respective tasks. We all come together to work on bigger projects but also to keep fans up-to-date on Harry, Matthew and the characters they portray - both on their joint project Shadowhunters and those they work on separately.

In the last couple of years, we had the amazing opportunity to interview Matthew Daddario and Harry Shum Jr. as well as some of their cast mates and colleagues. To be able to present a wide and interesting spectrum of questions, we make sure all our voices are heard equally by combining our thoughts and ideas.

Not only do we provide exclusive interviews, reviews, articles and pictures; we also work relentlessly to produce original content and come up with innovative projects to keep our followers entertained in between updates and events. We come together as a team to ensure a variety of ideas and concepts.

We try to operate as a connecting line between Harry, Matthew and their fans, as our goal is to provide one space where people can easily access information about both actors and their various works.

To engender and strengthen affiliation within the fandom, our team organizes multiple giveaways throughout the year often in cooperation with diverse partners.

Our team set up weekly discussions related to their shared project - the TV show Shadowhunters - to talk about each episode and stir conversation.

We took part in TVAfterDark’s roundtable (as an example) throughout seasons 2 and 3 of Shadowhunters in order to confer about the episodes and share our opinions about the storyline.
